Senior Front-End Developer

Silver Spring, MD

(Remote work considered)

Position:

  • Apply expertise in Episerver, Sitecore, Sitefinity, jQuery, and CSS preprocessors (SASS and LESS) to analyze designs, devise/implement an advanced and efficient front-end, and learn about and present new front-end technologies including headless CMS, VUE, and React.
  • Apply experience with .NET Microsoft framework to troubleshoot and fix integration issues with CMSs.
  • Focus on maintainability, cross-browser compatibility and performance, work nimbly in associations industry, and apply knowledge of Higher Logic and WCAG/ADA/508 compliance solutions.
  • Apply management skills to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams to develop and oversee design plans.
  • Engage with stakeholders in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, incorporating mastery of UX/UI tools, to optimize visual design intent.
  • Work effectively with front-end team within an agile, deadline-driven production process to complete web projects with rapid cycles, ensuring that front-end design standards are met during development.
  • Participate in code walkthroughs, testing, and internal QA.

 

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years’ progressive experience in web development/design.
