As you may have seen in my recent [post about using a CMS to drive targeted content](http://blog.syscomservices.com/web-technology/using-a-cms-to-drive-targeted-content), Personify recently invited me to join Paul Gannon on their show, *Best Practices in Association Technology*. They asked me to bring a tip for associations selecting a CMS.

DC is the home to many association and nonprofit headquarters. As a project manager in a DC web design and development agency, helping member based organizations to select a CMS is a major part of what I do. I reguarly guide our association clients through deciding on essential features that will help achieve their organization's business goals.
